Our T-shirts and Yoga Pants are custom made to order, printed just for you, in the size and color that you have requested. For this reason, unless the shirt or pants have been received by you defective, we do not honor returns on our items. If there is any problem with your order, if you have received the wrong size, color, shirt, or if it is defective, please contact support and we will take care of you.
Please choose your items carefully, as all our shirts are custom made. Our shirts and yoga pants are individually printed just for you, we do not mass produce.
Please refer to the sizing chart below each individual item to assure that you order the correct size. We will not be able to offer a refund for incorrect sizes that have been ordered. We recommend placing a smaller order, before ordering multiple items, if you are unsure of the correct size. We can only offer an exchange for a maximum of 2 items per order.

Shipping charges are non refundable. If you return your items for reasons that are of no fault of ours, the amount paid for the return shipping label, as well as the amount we paid to ship the items to you, will be deducted from your total refund. If your order was $50 or more, and you had free shipping on your order, the amount that we paid to ship your items to you will be deducted from your total refund.

If an item has been received in error, please reach out to support and we will be happy to provide you with a return label to send the shirt back to us.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer return labels on International orders. Please reach out to email@example.com for instructions on returning your defective or incorrect shirt.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible or liable for returns that are not delivered to us or are lost in transit.
EXCHANGES OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Items that are delivered to you defective or damaged may be exchanged for the same item only. If your item is delivered defective or damaged, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of you.
Returns will not be accepted on washed, or worn items for any reason (Except to try it on.) If you have returned an item that is washed or worn, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to ship that item back to you. We are unable to process the exchange for an item that has been washed before it was returned to us.
The following items may be returned at our discretion for a partial refund:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your bank’s or credit card issuer’s refund processing may impact the timing of your refund.
Due to Coronavirus, returns are taking an additional time to process. If you have not received an update on your return or exchange after 30-45 days of shipping out your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com for assistance. We will do our best to process your return/exchange as quick as possible!
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund after being notified that a refund would be issued, first check your bank account or credit card again and then contact your bank or credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card issuer. Refunds are normally processed within 3 to 5 business days, but may take longer depending upon your bank.
