Return Inquiries

Here’s a quick return/exchange policy checklist for your reference:

Is the item within 30 days from the day you received it?

Are the tags intact and attached to the item? Is the item still in its original packaging?

Is the item in the same condition, unwashed, unworn, as when it first arrived?


What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?


Do not worry! We will be happy to provide you with a return label to send the product/s back to us. (Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer return labels on International orders.)

Please email us at support@yogaste.co with the following details:
1. Your order number or any information that can help us pull up your order
2. Details of the issue (e.g. incorrect item or defective item received)
3. Pictures or videos of the item/s

Items that are delivered to you defective or incorrect may be exchanged for the same item only within 30 days from the day the package was delivered to you.


How do I return the item/s for exchange?

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

Please make sure to choose the right size based on our size chart. We only accept returns on wrong size received.


Can I return my item for a refund?

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Please note that we will only process your refund through the payment service that you had used.

Note: Before returning anything, please send an email to our Customer Support Team and we’ll guide you through the process. Our Customer Support team would require you to provide a photo or video of the product you received. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
